Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Raşit İlk, trading as RST, Tekirdağ, Türkiye ("we", "us"), the provider of MarginMise (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.

1. The Service

MarginMise is web software that helps food businesses estimate recipe costs, margins and menu prices. Results depend entirely on the figures you enter. They are estimates for planning, not accounting, tax or financial advice. Check commission rates, VAT treatment and prices against your own contracts and an adviser before relying on them.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and use the Service for your business. Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one business unless your plan includes more users or locations.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day trial of Pro features without a payment card. When the trial ends, your data stays available to view and export, and editing requires a paid plan.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Your data

You own the recipes, prices and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service. You can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to access other accounts, disrupt or overload the Service, reverse engineer it beyond what law allows, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; we will not remove core functionality you pay for during a paid period without offering a pro-rata refund.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or decisions made using the Service's estimates, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, after notice where reasonable.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
